RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your Summer Buns products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept exchanges on new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. We are not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept exchanges for used or opened accessories and hair brushes.
Custom hair brushes are final sale. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us immediately. If your customization has not begun, we can cancel your order.
If you receive a damaged/defected product, please email hello@summerbuns.com within 3 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a photo of the damaged product. If approved, a refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of our product, worn items cannot be returned.

MASKS:
Important - This silk face mask is not a medical device or personal protective equipment also known as PPE. It should not be used by healthcare professionals or anywhere where PPE is required. If you are unclear if you are able to wear this type of mask, please consult with your doctor. This mask is not recommended for anyone under the age of 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or anyone who is unable to remove the mask without assistance.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot except a return or exchange on masks. All masks are final sale. Please email customer service at hello@summerbuns.com with any questions or concerns.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES:
Summer Buns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Summer Buns is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.
Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided.
